Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure shipping charges are as accurate as possible.

Some items cannot be shipped via UPS, due to size and/or weight in which case shipping will be via motor freight. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Credit-approved, in-stock orders normally ship in one day or less (excluding holidays and weekends). Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend may not ship until the following Monday. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason, we will call you or send you an email to let you know.

USPS Priority Mail will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on the location we are shipping to; USPS Express Mail is approximately 1-2 business days.

When choosing 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select, please keep in mind only business days are counted. For example, if you place an order on Thursday evening and choose 2nd Day Air, we will ship the order on Friday, and it will be delivered on Tuesday. Saturday delivery is available with Next Day Air in some areas. If you would like Saturday delivery, please leave us a note with your order and we will contact you concerning availability in your area.

Unless noted on the order, if there are any backorders, your order will ship when everything is in stock. We can ship the backorder separately, but there will be two separate shipping charges. If you select 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select and have a backorder, your order will ship by that method when all items are in stock unless noted on the order.
