Terms and Conditions

Parts have a limited warranty of three (3) months for manufacturing defects. Labor is not covered under warranty. A finance charge computed at a periodic rate of 1-1/2% per month, which is an Annual Percentage Rate of 18% will be charged on past-due accounts in consideration of extension of credit. The purchaser agrees to pay attorney fees in any action to collect the above account or any part thereof. All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 5 days. The prices and terms are not subject to verbal or other agreements unless approved in writing by the seller. All transactions shall be considered as being conducted in the State of California, County of Stanislaus.
